Prime Minister Dr. the Rt. Hon Keith Mitchell
“I am very saddened when I see families lose fathers, mothers and other family members very early in life. Lifestyle as it relates to diet and exercise affects every aspect of the family and has a profound impact on the quality of life of the children in these families. Illness is a reality that we all have to face but if we treat our bodies better by exercising more, and making healthier choices I believe that many of us may be able to delay or in some cases completely avoid lifestyle related diseases like hypertension, diabetes and heart disease,” said Dr. Mitchell.
